We have experience producing tender programmes and supporting bid submissions within Tier 1 contractor environments, with a clear understanding of the commercial and programme requirements needed to submit robust, deliverable tenders.

During the construction phase, we provide hands-on quantity surveying and commercial management support, including interim valuations, cost reporting and margin tracking, management of variations and changes, and final account preparation and negotiation. Our focus is on maintaining commercial control, protecting margin, and ensuring that cost, value, and risk positions are clearly understood throughout the life of a project.

In addition to project-based support, we work with businesses to strengthen their overall commercial organisation.
